THE CHALLENGE
The coaching was elite. The infrastructure wasn't.
Tread Athletics is the largest remote coaching platform for baseball pitchers in the world. When they came to Launch Labs, the coaching was already exceptional. The demand was real, and the reputation was earned. The operations behind it just couldn't keep up.
It worked at their current size. It would not work at the size they were trying to reach. That gap between what they were offering and what they could operationally support was the ceiling on their growth.

The coaching platform gave coaches the tools to manage their athletes at scale without losing the personal quality that made Tread great. The business intelligence layer gave leadership the visibility to see what was driving growth and where to push next.
